New Body Weight Workout (Lower Body)
For those who can’t make it to the gym for whatever reason. Here is a quick beginner body weight workout that can be performed with no equipment and minimal space. These are all lower body exercises. This well help you strength, endurance and overall fitness. ENJOY!

Bridge
Perform each exercise for 2-3 sets at 10-12reps with 60 seconds rest between sets.
